Matthew Lisanti <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Executive chef and co-owner of The Circus Restaurant, Matthew was Head Chef for 5 years prior to taking the restaurant on himself in 2021. He has worked at some of the very best restaurants in the UK. His focus is on delivering imaginative, high quality and memorable food experiences for all of our clients. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Michael Lisanti <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A graduate of Oxford University, with a background in sales and account management for global logistics companies and tech start ups, Michael has co-owned The Circus Restaurant for the last 5 years, and brings that same dedication, organisation and customer focused approach to our event catering business. He is responsible for managing all of our events from initial contact through to completion, ensuring smooth communication, meticulous planning, and a flawless experience from start to finish.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
